HOW CAN I FIND MY RING SIZE?

If you wish to buy a ring that isn’t adjustable, you need to know your specific ring size. The more reliable way is to visit a jewelry store and have it measured with a ring mandrel. Otherwise, you can click on the “Sizing Chart” link that you can find on the pages of the rings that come in sizes and follow the instructions.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT MY BRACELET SIZE IS?

You can consult with the “Sizing Chart” that is linked to the pages of the bracelets that come in sizes.

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE PRODUCT I'M GETTING IS NOT IDENTICAL TO THE ONE IN THE PICTURE?

You need to know that all Prigipo jewelry is handcrafted. Slight differences are likely to appear from one another, this however is what makes them special.

2USER ACCOUNT

WHY DO I NEED A USER ACCOUNT?

Through your user account you can:
• refer to all your past orders
• automatically have your shipping details filled out each time you make an order
• add products to your wishlist to run back to whenever you feel like it
• follow your order through a tracking number

HOW DO I CREATE A USER ACCOUNT?

On the top right corner on every page throughout the site you can find the “Log In/ Register” link (if you’re browsing through a mobile phone or tablet you will find the link at the sorting menu that opens when you hit the “hamburger” button located at the same spot). When you open the “Log In/ Register” page, you are prompt to fill in your contact e-mail and a password of at least 7 characters and/or numbers to register (2). Hit the “Register” button and your account will be created immediately.
Through your account page you can access:
• the control panel, where you can add or manage your shipping and billing addresses
• your profile, where you can edit your username and password
• your orders, both past and ongoing
• your wishlist, which contains all products you have favorited
• your bag

HOW DO I LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

In case you forget your password, you can press the “I have forgotten my password” link instead of the “Log In” button in the “Log In/ Register” page. You will then be asked to provide your contact e-mail or username. Hitting “Password reset” you will shortly receive an e-mail redirecting you to the “Password reset” page to choose a new one.

3ONLINE ORDER

HOW DO I ORDER?

You can browse our products by category (bracelets, rings, necklaces and earrings), by collection or you can use the filters to find that product that fit your needs, as well as the “Find me a gift” tool to find the perfect gift for a special person.
When you open a product’s page, you can browse through different photos and you can zoom in order to get a clear view of what the piece of jewelry you’re interested in looks like. Once you choose the product(s) you wish to purchase, you simply press the “Add to bag” button. In case there are variables in your product(s) that you need to select (enamel color, thread color, size, etc), first pick among the available options, then add to your bag. On the window that pops up, click on the “Checkout” button to complete your order, otherwise you can close the window (X) and continue shopping or browsing.
You can get redirected to your bag at anytime by pressing the bag icon at the top right corner of any page.

DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO PROCEED TO A PURCHASE?

No, you can proceed to checkout as a guest as well as a member.

HOW DO I COMPLETE MY ORDER FROM MY BAG?

When you access your bag, you can see all products added in detail. You can select “Remove” if you wish to remove a product from your bag and you can also change the quantity of the products with the arrow buttons. After each change you make to your bag, you need to press “Refresh” for the changes to take effect. If you wish to redeem a coupon, you need to enter your coupon’s code and again hit “Refresh”. At the next step you will be asked to fill out your billing address as well as your shipping address (if different). You then need to choose from the following shipping methods:
• collect from the store (at store’s working hours)
• courier service (1-4 business days)
• free delivery if your order exceeds a total of 60 euros (1-4 business days)
Then choose a payment method. If you’re collecting your order from our store, you either pay at the store within 10 business days from the placement of the order, pay by credit/ debit card through Alpha Bank Secure Web service or PayPal. If you have chosen to receive your order by courier, you can either pay Cash On Delivery with an extra 2.00€ charge for orders under 50.00€, pay by credit/ debit card through Alpha Bank Secure Web service or PayPal.
After you have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions, all that’s left is to press “Complete my order”. As soon as the payment is authorized, a message will appear on screen confirming the order and shortly afterwards you will be receiving a confirmation e-mail with all your order details included. When your order leaves our store, you will be getting another e-mail containing your order’s tracking number. In case you lose access to the e-mail, you can find your tracking number at the “Control panel” or “Orders” in your account page, specifically when you open the View option of the order.

WHEN WILL I BE GETTING MY ORDER?

GREECE ORDERS
Orders that ship within the Attica county have an estimated delivery period of 1-2 business days. For all other destinations outside Attica the estimated delivery period is 1-4 business days. Delivery cost comes to a standard amount of 3,50 € on all orders within the country. If you wish to pay by Cash On Delivery, there is an extra charge of 2,00 € on orders up to 50,00 €. You can also collect your order from our store at 34, Kolokotroni St., Syntagma, free of delivery costs. Delivery is also free on orders over 60,00 €.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders ship with ELTA (Greek Postal Service) with a standard delivery fee of 8,00 €. Delivery periods vary according to the destination. Cash On Delivery service is not available on international orders. Delivery is free on orders over 100 €.

ARE MY TRANSACTIONS SECURE?

All credit/debit/prepaid card payment transactions are performed through Alpha Bank’s
”Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform which uses encryption TLS 1.1 with protocol 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). This encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it while using the appropriate password.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us via e-mail on order@prigipo.com within 1 hour from the completion of your order or call on +30 213 025 3687.

SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT WITH MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

You can address any problem concerning your order to us via e-mail on order@prigipo.com or telephone on +30 213 025 3687 (Monday through Friday 09:00-17:00).

AFTER PLACING AN ORDER I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL INFORMING ME THAT A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT HAPPENS IN THIS CASE?

In the off-chance of something like this happening, your ordered will be cancelled with no charge whatsoever and you will be notified via e-mail when the product is available again.

WHAT IS “WISHLIST”?

You can add products to your “Wishlist” if you are not interested in making a purchase in that very instance. In order to gain access to the “Wishlist” page, you are required to have already created an account.

HOW DO I ADD A PRODUCT IN MY “WISHLIST”?

After you have created an account, proceed in logging in to your account. As you might have noticed there is a heart shaped symbol in each product’s page. Add the product of your liking by simply pressing on the heart!

WHAT IS THE COUPON AND HOW CAN I USE IT?

The coupon offers you a discount. If you are eligible for one, you will get an e-mail containing the code of the coupon that you should enter before the completion of the order to get a discount.

On all orders within Greece we use Geniki Taxydromiki, whereas international orders are carried through with ELTA (Greek Postal Service).

6RETURNS

WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your original order. The sole requirement for us to accept the return is that the product is in its original condition (not worn). Your package includes a returns note that you have to fill out and send us back with the item you want to return. All returns must be addressed to PRIGIPO, 34, Kolokotroni St., 3rd floor, 105 62, Athens, Greece.
Concerning the returns delivery charges, you can refer to the following situations:

– Exchange (you eventually changed your mind)

In this case, after we receive back the product you bought in the first place in its original condition, you will be getting a discount coupon to use in your next order equal to the price of the item you returned. Any delivery charges that arise during this whole process is your responsibility.

– Wrong product

In this case, after we get back the product you mistakenly received in its original condition, we’ll send out the right one within 3 business days from the delivery. Contact us at +30213 0253687 as to explain the return procedure.

*Note that none of the delivery charges apply if you come down in our store and return your order yourself!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET A FAULTY PRODUCT?

We go out of our way to carefully inspect every single one of our products. However, in the possibility that a defect occurs within 10 days of the delivery, we replace or repair it (unless this is impossible or requires unjustified expenses on our behalf). You just have to fill out the return form and send it back to us along with the product at PRIGIPO, 34, Kolokotroni St., 3rd floor, 105 62, Athens, Greece.
All returns are inspected. After we’ve established that the flaw was developed in construction, we will send your order anew within 3 business days. Please contact us at +30213 0253687 as to explain the return procedure.
If the product is out of stock, you will receive an e-mail on the estimated delivery period (up to 10 business days).

*None of the delivery charges apply if you come down in our store and return your order yourself!

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT I PURCHASED FROM WWW.PRIGIPO.COM TO ANY OF YOUR COLLABORATING STORES?

No. You can return your piece of jewelry by mail at PRIGIPO, 34, Kolokotroni St., 3rd floor, 105 62, Athens, Greece or you can return it yourself at our physical store at the same address.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT FOR MONEY?
